Testimonials
No one I’ve ever met in Earth observation got it right the first time - all the valuable lessons are learned through experience. There are people who specialize in analysis of data, in specific market verticals, even in specific customer accounts. Caitlin is the rare person who started deep in the application layer and worked her way backward from there to understanding the industry as a whole. She brings with her all of the non-obvious lessons that come with that journey. You can make the same expensive mistakes we’ve all made repeating the same patterns that lead to the median outcome in this industry - insolvency - or you can hire Caitlin to skip to the good part.
Joe Morrison (Vice President and General Manager, Remote Sensing, Umbra)
Caitlin’s executive leadership and deep industry knowledge are unmatched. Working with her at Descartes Labs and Satellogic, I witnessed her drive transformative outcomes with sharp strategic insight and unwavering professionalism. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results makes her an exceptional strategic advisor to enterprises, governments and not-for-profits looking to create impactful, and lasting change.
Matthew Tirman (President, Satellogic)
Caitlin stands out as a truly multidisciplinary thinker. In the geospatial field, where technical complexity often overshadows usability, she brings a rare combination of scientific rigor and market intuition. Few people I’ve met understand both the first principles of Earth observation and the real-world barriers to commercial adoption. Caitlin doesn’t just build smart solutions; she builds solutions that people actually use. What sets her apart even further is her empathy. She listens, she understands context, and she meets collaborators and customers where they are. That human-centered mindset isn’t just admirable, it’s effective. If you’re trying to turn geospatial data into meaningful, scalable impact, you want Caitlin in the room.
